Nozzles help

Technical help – I have a Karcher pressure washer (new) Model HD3600.
Operating pressure – 3600
Water volume - 4.0 GPM
Engine - 13HP Honda GX390
Water source pressure at 7o PSI
I can only use the green nozzle (25 deg.) using any other nozzles causes the pump to pulsate, as if the unloader not working - Adjusting the pressure controls has no effect.
Any help for a newbie would be appreciated.
Tanks

Check the nozzle sizes, I suspect the nozzles other than
the green nozzle you mentioned are too small, this would cause
the unloader to unload.

That unit actually does not put out 4 GPM, it is probably
closer to 3.5 GPM at 3500 PSI which would be a 3.5 orfice
size.

See nozzle chart:

Thanks for your reply and for helping out a fellow Newbie.
You hit the nail write on the head; the new rig came with a complete set of (0°, 15°, 25°, & 45°) nozzles. But I decided to save these tips except for the green nozzle and combined it with an older set I had. But due to my ignorant and lack of knowledge (Newbie) I mixed tips of different sizes. Consequently the only one worked was the green nozzle, which again came with the new rig.

Thanks again
