Parking Garage Cleaning Equipment

As some may already know, we are in the middle of building a baby brother to our "Yellow Beast".

This unit, though we can make it 10+ GPM's, we are keeping it down ( At least for right now ) to 7 GPM's at 4,500 psi. The coils ( A Must) need to have 3/4 inch sch 160 with the ability to run 1.6 million BTU's through them. These specs will allow us to maintain the 325 degrees that are need to break down the oils in the concrete.

We are looking at the main engine to be a Kubota 4 cylinder 3.7 liter turbo with 99+ HP. However we did considered a Cummins ( In-line ) 6 cylinder as well, but is just an after thought. LOL

The shaft will be the issue here for us as well as going belt drive VS Hydraulics. We will have dual pumps as well as a 8,000+ watt generator.

I will keep you posted on this one of a kind machine

Two tandem pw trailers with the described capacities would whip out garages much faster, fortunately for you Jim, you dont have to build an additional filter to handle the additional waste water generated.

Business is good, huh Jim ? As others waste valuable time and energy bickering about existing rules and regulations, we continue to expand and an unbelievable pace.

Call me tonight or Monday afternoon.

That is true Nigel. though our design of our filtration unit is over 40 GPM's, we can still handle the Class II waste that is being generated from the cleaning... even with the added washers.

Important note here. YOU CAN ONLY CLEAN AS FAST AS YOUR FILTER CAN FILTER.

I see sooo many contractors say they up hold the CWA, yet then have 10 GPM filtration units with 20 GPM washers.

Your filtration units always need to be of a higher GPM then your washers.
