I have been detailing cars at an office building for a year now and they asked me if I was interested in pressure washing their parking garage and how much I would charge them.
I HAVE NO CLUE!
Well alittle clue. A girl who works in the office told me that they had recieved bids of around $4000 to do the job. It is a 4 story parking garage. They are obviously not wanting to pay that much so what is a fair amount? I would like to do the work but I don't want to kill myself by charging to little for a job that big.
I am also not sure if I have a pressure washer that can handle the job. I have a 7.5 HP 3000 PSI 2.8 GPM Pressure Washer and a I am completely mobile with a 225 Gallon tank.
I have been reading alot here and around the net but am unsure of exactly what to do and I hate to turn down $ if there is a way I can do the job, plus it opens a new avenue for me that I have not really wanted to venture into because I like detailing cars, but then again it has rained here for the past 2 weeks straight and I would be a fool not to at least try.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance
Jon
