Pricing in Middle-Tennessee

I've recently moved to the Nashville, TN area and am continuing my small power washing and deck restoration business. I would greatly appreciate any help with the pricing in this region, as I'm sure it must differ a bit from the Baltimore, MD area. I've been doing mostly residential decks and fences. I'm asking because, even though I'm fairly new to this business, I am not a "low-baller". I want to be fair and competitve.
Any help from anyone who would like to share some knowledge would be helpful.

Why would it differ?? Charge what ya gotta charge, Baltimore, TN, SanFran, etc.

When I first started my business, I was told that pricing varies depending on what region you're in. Have you never heard of that, or was I terribly misinformed?

Price by what you want to make not what someone tells you. Your self employed to make what YOU want.

Hey Longhorn. I am in Baltimore, but moved from Tenn. From my experience, you will not get as much $$ for the same job down there as you would here. Still plenty of room to make good money though. I would say about 10-15% less for a similar job down there. That is a rough guess. Good luck in the Volunteer State.

I also found that my work season was about a month longer in Tenn.(I wasn't in the mountains) That helped from a financial standpoint.
