Thanks. Can you recommend a brand and a Vendor. None are available locally to me so I will have to order over the Internet. Thanks.

Yes I think you would be able to still use that one.

I have wore out many many turbo nozzels and rebuilt them many times and we preferred the Roto-jet over the Dirtkiller due to the fact that the Roto-jet spun just a little faster but not to fast.

The dirtkiller is about the slowest spinning turbo nozzel there is and it has it place.
The same goes for some of those real skinny turbos, they spin so fast they don't seem to have the cutting power.

A slower turbo has more punch to it but you will have to go a little slower in order not to get swirls.
A fast turbo has less cutting power but you can move along faster without leaving swirls.
Roto-jet is in between and is just right...my 2 cents.

Thank you. Which orifice size? There are several to choose from as found here.

Again, thanks.

Lyman,

To determine proper nozzle / orifice size you need to know rated GPM and pressure.
Then you can use a nozzle chart, we offer many different brands of turbo nozzles, and we
can usually match or beat prices offered elsewhere.:)

You can find a nozzle sizing chart, as well as other helpful charts at Hydro Tek :

We wash a lot of hog barns here in PA, and it usally has just a little bit of hard buildup on the concrete floor and the turbo is the best way to roll. Other than that we rarelly use them.
