Recovery cost?

Looking at a warehouse cleaning job and trying to decide how much to allow for water recovery. there is only one drain in the whole building 60,000 sq ft and divided into half dozen rooms. I plan on setting up booms and pumping to sewer drain from low areas but have never actually done this, is there a standard charge per sq ft for water recovery?
Thanks again,
Adrian

There is a tool for this type of job.It uses a large vacuum like the carpet cleaners use. The whole system is about $10,000.<IMG SRC="http://www.powerwash.net/ubb/uploads/Hot+Water+Wizard/Fury2400.jpg" border=0>
