I got a call from an owner of a office building complex and he wants us to wash his four office buildings I alread gave him a price and he accepted the price thanks to alot of research on this site. But I couldn't find a answer on what chemicals would work best. The buildings have a black streaks that run down them, rust stains by the pipes that protrude through the side of the buildings, and graffiti. I was wondering if anyone could give me an answer on what would work best on the above stains. I got pictures if that would help but there to good of a quality and I couldn't upload them but I will e-mail them if you guys need to see what im talkin about. Thank you in advance for any information you can give us.

First, congrats on getting a job of that size. Four buildings is one hell of a job. I do have concern as to how you offered a price without being sure how you would complete the job. With all due respect, we always figure what process we will use, and the cost of materials, among many other things when pricing a job of this calibre. I don't want to see you get burned.

Hey RACE,
Your only an hour east from me...but..I'll give you some advice thats has helped me in the past cleaning these type buildings. If you look on my website www.cleancounty.com you'll see a picture of a Rib building that we cleaned. On that Building we used Hot water with Chlorine to brightened and help clean the building. For Rust stains we used CLR http://www.epinions.com/pr-Housewares-CLR_Cal_Rust_Lime_Remover
Which didn't work all that great but still it lightened the rust some. On a building we might be doing in a week or two we are going to have fun trying to remove black run off streaks and the chemical that where going to use on this is Prosoco 600 Surekleen.
As for Grafitti removal we use Taginator http://www.taginator.com/

You may Know my cousin who has a nice size Landscaping and Powerwashing business out by you. The name of his business is Pristine Landscaping and my Cousins name is Kent Valadez.

Clean County thank you for your information it is greatly appreciated!! Like I said I did my homework and gave him a fair price on both our parts. Don't worry I definatly am not cutting myself short or low balling. I gave him a price of $0.12 a square foot.

Thanks Guys

Will do doing the job this weekend...Clean County.... Presto Sales and service in Deerpark had similar chemicals in stock. And carries the graffiti chemical you spoke about. I will be picking up the ACL from the local hardware store.
