Rust on siding

Rust stains from a A/C overflow running down the side of a house, can be removed with Lime-a-way ($1.00 Bottle), most of the time.

Just spray on a brush and wipe over the high areas or spray directly on the low areas. The stains just start to disappear without scrubbing.

Don't forget to rinse out your brush.

If you need to remove rust don't mess with anything other than BARC from F9

I'm expecting Craig to be at next yrs PWRA event. A schedule conflict kept him away this year. A little tidbit- Craig has my old hose reals with the "One of a kind" hose real stand designed & built by my dad. Small world.

F9...the orignal all purpose rust stain removal product. Often Imitated but never duplicated. Much better to have one product that takes care of all rust stains than a few.

We keep multiple products on hand including F9 & Rust Remover Plus. Craig & Mike have a great product here so why sell yourself short? We sure don't ;)

There's nothing Mike's product can do that Craig's can't but I'd venture to say the reverse isn't true.

You venture wrong. You shouldn't bad mouthed vendors products especially when you haven't tried them. Both sell excellent products. Tony you sure have bottled up anger to dislike so many people. Maybe you should get that checked out before you wig out. Just sayin son.

There is no bottled up anger, Johnnie. I call it as I see it.

Once you bury your Hatchett with so many I'll probably cya at one of the Ginormous PWRA events in the future especially considering you are a vendor. No politics over there which is a breath of fresh air.

Because I've tried both... there are some rust stains that rust remover plus doesn't do as good or remove at all versus F9. Same with One restore. So f9 is all i carry. No need to carry two or there different products for us when one does the job. Others may be different.

So have I & I learned along time ago there isn't no one product that does it all and I'm sure Craig would attest to that. Also experience contractors know that different area's have different levels of problems such as dealing with Mold or Rust for example.

Hey Doug you live in Texas.... You should check out Michael's Fresh Wash Fresh Wash Lemon Scent (5 Gallons) Contractors across the nation love it and since you live pretty close by the shipping should be pretty cheap. You"ll love this soap!!!

I Don't know if Michael is a member of your org but if he is I'm sure he offers a discounted price to the members. If he's not you could join the PWRA and enjoy many discounts from numerous Vendors there which includes Michael's www.Powerwash.com store Enjoy ;)

I was the first to test that product a few years ago for Michael. It worked great and then seemed to change, seemed more watery, and no longer seemed effective. A local Contractor here bought a five gallon pail a couple months ago and he said it was useless...was like pouring pink water in it. Also when I was buying it, it seemed their shipping was actually more than when I bought from Russ at Southside Equipment. or Paul at Best Pressure Washer | Pressure Washer Parts | Nozzles | Lances | Detergents | Contract Cleaners| Power Wash Store Inc. Glendale, Wisconsin

I have been using Roof Snot from Russ Johnson at SouthSide Equipment for a few years. It really is the best of all the surfactants I have ever tried for roof cleaning and house washing. Windows are virtually spotless after using it for a house wash. I am often sent products to try out and test for many vendors, and as for surfactants, I just can't beat Roof Snot. Also Russ just lowered price on it to, to $65.00 a 5 gallon pail. Can't beat that anywhere. I buy it by the drum so I save even more.

Oh and you know Michael is not a member of the UAMCC. I only purchase from Vendors that support the Industry. You can find them all here United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners - UAMCC Vendor Members

So there you go John. A highly experienced cleaner like Doug says Mike's stuff doesn't work. Simple

No I said there are few types of rust it didn't perform as well on, like fertilizer as compared to F9, I didn't say it didn't work. I just don't see the need to carry another rust removal product when F9 out performs them all.

I meant to say Mike's doesn't work as well. I posted before I saw I didn't type it right but can't edit my posts for some reason
