Scott Fortner's X-Jet

Scott,

I have been on a short vacation. You should have received my email by now.
If you are not happy with your X-Jet, please send it back to us and we will gladly refund your money(including shipping). We try to tell all all our customers there is a money back guarranty. There is a way to correct the vertical distance. We can change the internal orifice to match your PSI and GPM. We can upsize the orifice to open the water flow. If I had known that there was a problem,I would have taken care of it before. Obviously the X-Jet is not for you. One medicine doesn,t cure all ills. It is not our aim to create controversy, but to help our fellow contract cleaners with their problems.
By calling me at 1-800-983-7467, I will be informed as to your intentions.

Sincerely,
Ron Strickland

Scott,
Mellow out. Ron is trying to make it right. You don't have to trash him on a public bulletin board after he has made an effort. As for the other guys not taking care of it, did you think that they may not have had the authority to take care of it? Maybe they did not undertand what the policy was concerning a dissatisfied customer. I would give him a little bit of the benefit of the doubt. It has been a holiday weekend and such. At least after he has responded to you don't try to trash him again. It is starting to look like you are driving a yellow truck.

From what I read of you rpost in this thread I would consider it a trash post. Since you have had four other posts that had something to do with your X-Jet not working the way you would like, I would consider it a trend of speaking unkindly. As far as me taking my problems with your posts to a private forum such as E-Mail, I think you would be best advised to follow your own advice. What is more is if you did pay $177 dollars for your X-Jet you did not shop very well. There are a lot of places to get them cheaper. I guess it will just take some seasoning on your part to handle the problems as a professional.
BTW I did not see anywhere on this string that said you were sorry about these posts. Maybe you should look at the post yourself before you get indignant.

Ditto Stone. I haven't read anyplace where the x-jet shoots 45 ft in the air. I believe it says it will shoot up to 40 -45 ft. I would understand that would mean 40 ft probably best case depending on your equipment. Personally, I think 30 ft is plenty high. I'm sure some machines could get 40 ft out of the thing, hell maybe I'll try one.

One more thing,
Thanks Ron for sponsoring this BBS! I appreciate the opportunity to visit and learn here. This goes for Chris and Dan as well.
