Didn't charge anything. I cleaned it at no charge because it was in front of the Town Home complex I cleaned.

Don't clean the ones on the interstate. If I get pulled over I want to claim I couldn't see it. lol.
No. Those signs are actually maintained by TXDOT. I was testing a new graffiti remover on this. Just pulled off and did it. Took me about 5 minutes. I have spoken to TXDOT before and they have tried a different product that I gave them a sample for and they said it worked great. However they prefer to send 6 guys, 2 trucks, close off a lane of traffic for about an hour, and change the signs out.
I guess everyone needs Job Security these days.
