Thanks in advance for any information you can give.
Been doing a ton of work for a management service that manages many properties in my area. Been asked to issue a proposal on two strip malls that are adjoining. The buildings are very upscale, not your normal strip mall. The deminsions of both buildings are:
818 Linear Feet
40 Ft Tall in tallest locations. There are pillars every 25 ft with staircases on all corners
Total washable surface not including flat work is just over 24,000 sq ft.
Flat work is just under 6,000 sq ft of walkways, ect.
Given that, two more things. First is, the building is not very dirty. Cobwebs, dirt dobber nests, in the 35-40 ft eaves. Majority of the building, there isn't much i can do for it. It is probably 5 years old and well kept. Second, there are cloth awnings over many windows. Never touched an awning, so you know what i am asking.
Question #1- Need pricing info? Building and flat.
Question #2- What cleaning techniques would your company use to clean the building?
