Surface cleaner plans

Over the last week, I have received several requests for plans for the "WashPro 2000" surface cleaner. This is the unit that can be built for about $250. I wanted to make these plans available to everyone.

This tool works as well or better than any production built unit on the market.

No need to turn off machine to switch from surface cleaner to your wand, no ball valves needed.

Light weight, pick it up with one hand.

Easy to store, removable handle.

Durable, I have some that have well over 2500 hours with no repair expense. Swivels are adjustable and rebuildable

We ran it head to head with a popular 30" model and we got a higher production rate and less operator fatigue with the "WashPro 2000".

To get plans just provide me with an e-mail address, a mailing address, or a fax number.

See ya,
Rick

You are most welcome Dan,

When I started out in this business, I learned more from reading the bbs's than I did on the job sites. I was able to tackle new jobs with confidence. I think what you are providing hear is invaluable for the newbie.

Offering the plans is my way of giving something back. These plans aren't the answer to every one's problems. They are just something I came up with that I believe others could benefit from.

I got over a dozen requests today. There will be a lot of busy building going on this off season.

See ya,
Rick

Heck yeah Dan,
Thanks a million! I read these bbs's like a daily ritual for 10 months. By then I had the money for the equipment and I attacked every job with Great confidence. When ever I did have questions, there was always someone here more than willing to share their experience.
I didn't get started until August, but since then I have made more than my full time machinist job and hope the first part of the spring takes off just as well so I can leave that job and do something that I love doing. Hats off to all you Pro's.
Jim
