Hello Pros
I need some help. I have this potential job and the customer said it was only a month old and they waited a couple weeks to have it cured and then had it power washed to have it sealed. This is what happened when it was power washed. This is concrete with color in it, but you can see those swirls. What would you use? What would your process be? Please help!!!
