No, I'm over off of 290 & 1960 area. lots of construction over here, but Im having a hard time getting signed on with any builders.

Just got started. Did my first house on saturday. Took me 5.5 hours I just wanted to take my time and do it right and learn a few things. But I got $ 500 for it so I think I did O.K. so far bidding a job has been the most difficult thing for me to learn. Ive got some guy in my area doing gas stations for $50 to $75 thats kinda hard to compete with.

500 sounds like a good price. I have been doing ranches for 150, 2 story around 200 to 250 and larger homes for 300 to 500.

I’m selling my business to the highest bidder around this area. It includes 2 years established cell number. 300 customers in my database 2 ads in the interfaith phone book. They cost $1500. That book is the bible in The Woodlands. 4000 full color postcards, invoices, business cards if wanted.

I had a guy make an offer on my house 13k under asking price. What a dreamer! The real estate agents I've come across over the years are really not very good. Why would you bring a buyer to a house that's out of their range. That's a waste of everyone's time. Boy do I have the stories I could tell about them. Just don't feel like typing it. :rolleyes:

Dan FLynn why not make it clear to the Realtors that you want only serious PRE APPROVED buyers.

That way they will know your serious and not waste your time. They know your moving so figure you are desparate.

Remember you can always lease it out with an option to buy and have income money coming in rather then sell at a loss.

I'm not sure of my plans, I have a job lined up and I also have a non compete contract with the person I sold my business too.

I have to look that up and see when the agreement ends. But eventually I plan to start back up.

After that I may do some residential stuff.
