Call all cars, calling all cars, I need some more back up.
I have a customer who has asked me to clean a portion of his tin roof. It appears to have a large amount of black crud cause by a tree near by that hangs over the roof.
I know this is where I need a pitch with, but without an easy payment plan, I'm going to have to improvise.
Yesterday I went to check it out and I notice some of it came off by spraying a little Green Zep All Purpose cleaner on it and washing it down with a rag. Talk about black and messy, but it came up real well and looked real shiny when I finished the test.
I know there are some better ideas and I don't thing I want to spend an enormous amount of time scrubbing this down with a rag and falling off the roof 15 or 20 times.
Besides the Obvious Pitch Witch, anymore suggestions.
What do I need to look out for as for messing up this polished roof? I can't think of a safe way to clean this roof without a PitchWitch and what chemicals are good and what chemicals do I need to stay away from?
I wish this was just a house wash, but everything this guy owns looks spotless except his roof. No chance in a house wash here unless I screw up the roof and it all comes tumbling down from his roof on to his tan brick house.
Thanks Again
