Too well sealed?

Is it possible to have your deck sealed too well? I just had mine done, and after it rains the water sits on the deck all day before it evaporates, the humidity is high, so I thought maybe that is why, is was an oil based benjemin Morre product, looks great I must say. one other thing, they did not do a good job getting inbetween the boards, what tool/brush should I use to stain inbetween them? Thanks,

That water beading on your deck is exactly what you want. It's only staying so long because we sent you our nasty hot wet weather.

To get in between the boards, a small black bristled brush and patience. Do a small test area first to make sure that adding more stain now will not leave spots.
