Okay Guys, take it easy.
Jon didn't bad mouth the program. He simply said he did try support and continued to have problems. Not all products perform the same way in different environments. Trouble shooting is not as easy as one might think.
Everyone has to make their own choice to use what works best for them, and meets their business need. I may find short comings with QB Pro myself, but until something comes along in Windows I will stay where I am. I have had too many experiences with non windows issues to go back. But then, that's my choice.
Over the years I have also worked with some excellent DOS programs. There are times I really miss good DOS programs. Perhaps one day Max will program a Windows version of his application. I would try it. I have heard many good things. We all have.
In the meantime, just because someone chooses a different application, doesn't mean it is a bad choice. But from a technical perspective, there does come a time for some users to have to change. It's not personal, it's just another business decision.
