I’m looking to better understand thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) and how they can improve home heating efficiency. I’ve read that they can regulate the temperature of individual radiators, but I’m unsure about the best way to install them or whether they require specific radiator types.

I’m especially interested in experiences with radiators UK, as I want to make sure the TRVs work well with commonly available models here. Are there common mistakes to avoid during installation? Also, do TRVs really lead to noticeable energy savings?

Any tips on optimal settings and maintenance would be appreciated!
