Vines on Vinyl siding

I need help removing vines from siding. A customer has removed the vines and I have tried to remove whats left. It is giving me a hard time. I used heat and removed most of the spots but am still leaving a little stain. Its almost like removing shotgun fungus. Any ideas?

When I run into stuff like that. I tell the owner that it probably won’t come off without damage. I'll do the best I can without hurting the surface. But most of it will not safely come.

i agree with the above. I have seen houses where they have re-sided an entire side of the house because of this.

Don't get your hopes (well, dont get THEIR hopes) up..........but please tell us if you find something!

i would try some GUTTER ZAP it has an acid in it that might do the trick-also might try deck stripper it softens dead wood on decks [dont think theres any thing in any of these that could hurt please post what you do and how it worked too meny people seek advise but never post results how are we all supposed to learn with no before and after posts? DAN you run a great board wish it was a little more visual or that more people would show results from what they have learned or used[sponsers would love it-showing real people useing their product's-equipment- ect... to make money and do a good job] BIGBOY SEEMS TO BE THE ONE PAVING THE WAY AS FAR AS PICS.

That Gutter Zap looks like it does a great job. I use a chemical called Miracle Wiz which works pretty good. I wet the gutters then I dip a brush in a bucket of miracle wiz and put it on in a srubbing motion and then just hose it off with the PW. How do you put on the Gutter Zap? Also what do you pay for a five gallon bucket?

You can get GUTTER ZAP at 1-800-XTERIOR. Ask to speak to Ron Strictland. You can buy it in 5gal buckets, dont remember price. My opinion is it is a great product.
