Chris, they look great, IMO on #1 change the words "Let US" and "Your Property" to the blue font like "Clean beautify." Same thing on #2 with "HOw MUch better Could your home Look"

I like card # 2 best.

Ok made few chnageds to the check it out and the squeaky clean postcard. I also want your thoughs on the sq publication. the publication one I am thinking about using that when do popcorn marketing.

On the one with the concrete cleaning in the middle "Ours Safe & Effective" Remove the "s" in ours

the last line above free estimates, remove the word "leaves" looks incomplete.

On your popcorn marketing you can say something like "Did you see how clean your neighbor's house is now?" get them to look.
