PWNA. I joined this org. to support the industry and to also enhance my knowledge about powerwashing. Also because I hopefully will attend there convention this year and being a member you get a couple of discounts that make it worth while.
I have been seriously considering joining the PWNA. I hesitate due to the fact that a lot of the old timers seem to have joined and leave the PWNA.
I am looking for an organization where I can gain knowledge and help increase the public perception of the trade.
Is the PWNA what I am looking for?
Do they offer insurance or medical or anything that will help me?

Currently, the PWNA does not offer any significant insurance benefit. We are not large enough to do so.
The PWNA is a great place to gain knowledge.............When I first started in this business, the PWNA shows was the greatest boost to my business..........I gained alot of knowledge, and met people who I still talk to on a regular basis.
The internet bbs' are great, but nothing beats one on one contact. I always come back from a PWNA show energized, and pumped up...............I also usually come back with all kinds of ideas on how to spend money too!
Alot of people have come and gone, but we have a new President, some new board members (myself included) and we just hired a new management company. We are heading in the right direction.
