Ok so up here in the north things are starting to slow down. I'm soooo glad, at the end of the season we were all looking forward to snow biz. This and a break from washing six days a week.

So here is my thoughts. Has anyone tried to make snow with thier washers? Seen some web sites out there ising compressed air and a power washer. All this stuff i've seen has been for the smaller washers 6.8GPM max. Going tomorow to talk to a good friend of mine who owns and operates a tool and mould shop. I've got a connection with a industrial compressor. Cant wait to try to engineer this one. I figure if I get it working it will be cool as he##. Expecially with two trucks 3500gal water capacity total and a combined flow rate of 26.5GPM with two lances.

Stay tooned!! [puke] Might have to change the colour of this one.

Ok can you say learning curve. Man I feel like a newbee all over again. For after 3hours fabbing and 1hr of run time I can say I made 1" of slush/ice. From what I can figure I'm almost thier just need the temps to fall more and work on the air flow water mixture more. Rule of thumb is 1:9 ratio water to air.

Will keep you up to date

I do not know what size tip your useing, have you tried a 0-tip,it'll shoot farther up where the temp any be colder.

I wasn't trying to make it snow but have seen my 0-tip produce snow before while working.
