Can anyone tell me what unloader this is?

Anyone recognize this unloader? And Mark, if you know what this is, how much is a new one. The machine is an old Simpson. Thanks

That looks like a proprietary unloader that was used
on Simpson pressure washers 20 + years ago.

It is no longer available to my knowledge.

I would replace it with an AL606.
