Chemical Question

I was recently asked by a customer that I currently only service the fire suppression system, if I could clean the hood using "Echo Friendly" methods. Yea, I know, you can all stop laughing now, after all this is Vermont where the echo warrior reigns supreme. Short of spending the rest of my life scraping and scrubbing by hand, can anybody suggest an option ? These people will pay a premium if it meets there approval. So far I have only come up with one product searching online, simple green.

There are a couple of products that Espec sells which are Eco Friendly. I am not sure it they will work on really tough grease, but it is worth a shot if the price is right.

Try mobicleaninc.com There is a product under Hood Cleaning Chemicals called Hood Pro. They also have one called Citrasolve that works decent.
