cleaning aggregate

I am going to be doing a job, that would require getting oxidation of of aggregate concrete on a wall.
There is aluminum siding just above this wall all the way around it. It has started to oxidize and is running down the aggregate in white streaks. What is going to be the best cleaner for the job? Any ideas on this would be appreciated. Will just hot water do he trick or do i need an acid.

Thanks

Acid usually does the trick, Watch out for the siding acid could react with it. Try sample area for test that is away from view if possible.

Walt what is gonna work the best for dilution? I dont want to put it on to strong. And what is gonna be the best way to apply it? I haven't used much acid so not too sure on all of this. Thanks
