Hey all,

Just a quick question does anyone have any ideas as to the best way to wash asphalt. Maybe some do's and dont's on this subject. This is kind of an odd question, but not 100% sure how i should approach washing asphalt. Is a turbo nozzle the best way to go or what should i use. Any insight on this would be appreciated. Cleaner? heat?

Thanks

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! I hate cleaning asphalt. It is so soft, and if you find one pit with a wand it gets bigger really fast. Use a low nozzle, and just a heavy duty degreaser. I always had better luck letting the product do as much work as possible before I even turned the pw on. Just my 2 cents worth. Don't take my opinion to heart, I just have a pet peeve about asphalt, and stay away from it if given a choice!!!

Where I am from you have to contain the water from going down the sewer drain. The only drain the oils and grease can go down is a sanitary drain. Do your self a favor check with the DNR as ask them what there policy is. They are here to guide you not bust you. Me I don't do them for this reason.
