I am new to this forum and need help....I am a paint contractor doing a commercial job that has brick inside in a building that is being renovated. I need to clean it up (it won't be painted over). The gen contractor suggested to me that some guys powerwash it and use a shopvac to clean up water. What is the best way to tackle this one? I am so worried about getting water inside , esp since I haven't done this before. Is there a way to clean it (chemical) without having to wash it? what precautions are needed if the best way is to wash it, such as prep/materials needed to put down, etc. please help! thanks
