I was wondering what the actual cost is after all expenses for you guys(Per truck). This would be after all fuel,soap,everything...I am talking about a FedEx type delivery truck.

I believe that LAYMAN'S just wanted a little help with pricing. Then everybody went off about whether or not someone should or should not disclose their pricing and stratigies. I have been to other boards and most genrally everyone has been somewhat helpful. Everybody here has different opinions which is perfectly fine but lets also remember that we are the ones that can help ourselves the most.
If I were LAYMAN'S I would go check out the price survey on the Delco Board and then investigate all aspects and come up with my own cost estimates. This survey has been of great help to me.

OK...I will try to clear this up, I wasn't trying to get a price for washing trucks, this is the story.Recently I landed a big fleet contract,I have already priced it and got the job, I also have more fleet accounts.. but up until this last account I haven't sat down and figured how much money it cost me to wash one step-van.I thought my expenses might have been a little high , this is what prompted my post about cost.At the time I didn't realize this information was off limits or that it could be used by a competitor against you. Some understood the question and replied ....Thanks ,I was just comparing notes that's all.

Thanks-Daren
