Dumb newbie questions!!

:) Hello I have a few questions which have me boggled. First off when people apply there house wash recipes to a house they either apply with a pump up sprayer an x jet or a down line soap feeder, correct. I am confused as to the ratios and so forth, say someone mixture has 1.5 gal of x .5 gal of y and 3 gal of z. If you apply this with a soap injector isint the concoction going to be to dilluted, meaning isnt the ratio of the soap injector something like 20 to 1 there for reducing the ammount of soap mixture being applied? Also, when a product calls for a ratio of say 8 to 1, does that mean that if i use a soap injector it will be 40 to 1. Im confused as you can see on how to apply mixtures with injectors, please help. another quick question has anyone ever used any of these surface cleaners are they good, built well, etc.

thanks for helping a newbie out.....bals

bals,
I'm not real sure exactly what your asking, but the way some of us apply the concoction is by NOT running it through the injector, but through a chemical applicator so the chemicals can be delivered without so much guess work.

Example: delute 15 to 25 gals of water with 3 gals of x and 4 cups of y, a squirt or two of z. Then apply it directly to the surface that's being washed. Dwell for x amount of time and rinse.

I rarely ever use chemicals through the injector because I can't seem to regulate it the way I want. It seems to be more expensive a wasteful.

Sorry I couldn't help any more than this, but there are actually
others who seem to know how to effectively run it through their injectors.

As for the surface cleaners, they're great to have. If you plan on cleaning concrete, there is nothing better than a hotwater, the right chemical and a machine a surface cleaner.

Take Care

i only say that because i don't want to give to much info to someone in my immediat area. I love to help people out but not if it takes food out of my mouth. I'll help someone in my area but i don't want to let them in on to many secrets.

Hey chuck, you gotta remember, all of this information stays on here for all time..............for ANYONE to read. So, anything that you post on here can be read by your next door neighbor, or every competitor you have. I wouldn't worry too much about it, just dont give out certain details.......
