One of the reasons I said best is the extra wt. over the pressed on.See how you are,A mean old boss making employees drag that bulky thing around.I know one powerwasher that puts a short peace of pipe in it and uses hose clamps to hold it on,he said he never had a problem doing that for 2 or 3 years.I called him a dum butt,,,,,but I guess just long as you can peace it back together and it holds you can use anything you want.
I want as less metal showing in my hose as I can get,specially the working end of the hose because the fittings can chip paint or ----------
