propane tanks

Hi everybody,
I am new to the pressure washing field. And have a little knowledge. This board is awesome you do a great job. I have learned alot already from just checking it out each morning an night. I have a question regarding bidding a job that would involve washing propane tanks out in the field for a big propane company. What would be the best way to go about this job? Hourly or charging just a minimum price? the tanks would vary in size from 100, 250 to 500 gallon tanks.

P.S I am not sure how to go about it, any response would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Alpine pressure washing
