staining on brick

:( Ok guys we can't quite figure this out. The site we were washing today is a cream colored brick. It has black stains (I don't know from what) and red clay like staining on the bottom. My husband tried hot water that didn't work, then muratic acid 50/50 that didn't work either. We don't want to lose this job, but the stain goes around the whole building. Hopefully you all could lead us in the right direction. We were supposed to have it done today (doesn't look like that is going to happen)
Hopefully I can add these pix properly so you can see what I am talking about.

Celeste and Roger Thank you for your help. Roger I enjoyed speaking with you the other day and the product you suggested worked. I will complete the job this Sunday. Thanks again for your help and support.

wondering

That picture made it seem like it was old grafitti stains. Does anyone have an opinion on what that stain is? It looks too eratic to be a natural mold etc.

That stain was a poor irrigation system along with oklahoma clay over about 5 years. I have some after pic's I will post when I get a chance. Thanks to Celeste and Roger I was able to complete the job this weekened. The chemical I used was a secrete. If you send Roger a $20 along with myself we will let you in on our secrete. Just kidding. Try safe-restore.
