Two-tone deck help

Don't get many calls for these but since it has been awhile since i have done one I thought I would ask. Customer wants thier new p.t. deck to have the rails stained white (semi-trans.) and the rest of the deck floor, etc. to be sealed a redwood (Ready Seal) color. Not sure how to go about pricing this. Anyone with some suggestions? By the way this deck is elevated about 8 feet from the ground.

Also what product do you recommend I use for the rails? I was thinking Cabots.

off the cuff i'd say about 50 percent higher. for me it would depend on how bad i needed the work. for me it is a dropcloth nightmare, of you get the solid stain on the floor ya gotta sand it off. wanna make it look really sharp?? also stain the 6x6 or 4x4 posts in the railing system, if they are vertical 1x1 spindles this would really set if off. hope this helps, my advice...if you have a lot of work lined up, bid the fool out of of this thing, and if they call back you know it will be worth your while.
