Washing in a winter wonderland

Stop by and pick me up too...no wait I just bought new fishing cloths,silent storm series by walls.Just standing outside in 15 degee wind chil your sweating,running up the river 40/50 mph they may feel nice and warm.

Washing in the winter time isn't to bad if you have the right cloths and shoes.You do not haveta worry about bugs on the trucks unless they are running the west.Tho I wish we had warm weather year round,setting on a cold boat set isn't my kind of weather.Going fishing in the morning burrrrr,spraying the rods eye's,reels and line tonight as to keep them from freezen.

Okay Shell . Now, How can we get to the Outback after we pick up Larry! We may have to leave Larry behind he sounds like he is having too much fun ! would'nt want to take him away from that !

Weather man says 20 below tonght with the windchill . Brrrrrr thats gonna be one tough night. I will be out doing the snow removeal thingy .... We got prob.12'' of snow the other night and there is no where to put it . So we gots to remove it !!

I heard from somebody that Sunday we are gonna get more ....another 6" ........But who knows !! I will have to waite untill spring to get cought up on my sleep!! Heck it's almost as good as washing!! maybe better ! at least I get to stay dry and get to laugh at some people!!

Where do you remove the snow to? dump it in a river or moving it to a bigger pile?

We dump it in the River......... I had 4 trucks lined up ready to load Also the town had the whole town blocked off so we. and other Contractors can safely remove the snow . there must of been 18 19 trks 5-6 hoes 3-4 bobcats .. It was pretty cool ! Im working on 3 hours sleep in 2 days . I dont want to sleep now b/c I will never sleep at night ... So here I sit ........... You will like this >>>>> after we were done with the snow my neighbor and I came home to take care of our drive-ways ....... well he kinda cut it a lil. too much to the left and down in the ditch he went . So I bring down my trk hook up a chain and then I GET SUCKED RIGHT INTO THE SAME DITCH .......... We shoveled for 3 hours in that freakin cold weather. Hooked a comalong and a couple of chains...... What a freakin night . Then went out and plowed all the snow drift's from all this stupid wind. Then back to snow removing . this time I didnt load any trks. I just scooped it up and threw it over the guard rails... Whats neat is you are on the main highway with a 4x4 back-hoe and going thru red lights!!!!

Hey you don't hear me complaining about living in ARKANSAS,I couldn't trade our bad weather with PENNSYLVANINA bad weather.Snow is ok if it only lasted a day or two without having to shovel,like playing,fishing and hunting in the snow even cutting a few do'nuts to finish a hard day of playing.

Looks like several more days before I can work again b/c of the cold.Thats ok b/c my new cloths kept me warm while fishing Thursday,we where the only ones on the lake.I've had better days fishing on catching a cooler full but we only caught one,guess who caught it,ME.I still enjoyed the day b/c of staying warm,it was to cold for it rain or snow but it tried to rain,snow and sleet on us alday.I cann't get my fishing pal to go fishing today b/c its COLDER then yesturaday.He didn't get cold but said he didn't like busting ice to put the boat in the water .

I know how you feel,working for hours shoveling ya own truck out of the ditch without making money would make anybody sick .

Well atleast you caught 1 Larry,just think if you sat out there all day & didn't catch a thing? (poor guy)Dan,I think your right he's having to much fun.Let's go pick him up though & bring him back here to do a little snow fishing!!!!LOL
