Wet Sandblasting

I work full time in a machine shop and the owner told me that if I got the sandblasting attatchment I could have work there doing 4 overhead crane I-beams. Is there some kind of rust inhibitor that you can use that won't mess with the new paint or are they stuck with a rusty beam?

Yes, there are lotts of high quality rust inhibitors on the market today.. and as far as the wet sand blasting goes - you will be amazed - I am everytime I use it...
