Yep...it's hot. I think it is suppose to "top off" at 100 all week long.
Heading out Friday evening for a much needed "get a way from it all vacation" - have the snorkel gear packed....I will think about you in Aruba...lol.
The drought seems to be the buzz word here in Solano and Contra Costa. I am working a job in San Ramon and was stopped Friday by a city official because we were rinsing off some flat work at a residential. He was cool but said to take it easy on the water...I gave him a thumbs up and he drove away.
I suspect as the summer months progress us washers will not be as fortunate. I want to keep the drought issue in the forefront with the UAmCc and the RFW initiative. Celeste did a fabulous job in dealing with the drought/water restrictions in the Carolinas.
As of right now...no counties in the state are implementing any water restrictions. If my hunch is correct and the weather continues to stay hot we as an industry should start hearing the word restriction right around August/Sept.
When I get back from vacation I will update the RFW site
www.reliefforwashers.com to reflect what is going on in Calif..
I am still interested and want that rig you should me. The customer that owes me 11k totally threw me a curve ball but we came to terms last week. I have them on a 2k a month payment plan. I want to get together with you after I get back and go over several things as it relates to the industry..i.e drought, UAmCc, Calif. RT and etc. ~ maybe we can have lunch/dinner...my treat!!
Talk to you soon Mark and again that was one hell of a get together you had. Calif. needs to do more of that ~ we will talk!
