variable speed nozzle as far as the painting and stucco go i don't have a clue but a good variable speed nozzle is what work best for me will save lots of time changing tips but you might have a slight loss in pressure but its worth it

Guys I know its a rookie question but when I clean I worry that the water is going in the attic and possibly causing future mold damage inside the house. Is this possible or am I over-reacting?
