Have you tried to submerge a small 12 in surface cleaner?

Bigger tip may help. Have you tried a larger ID syphon hose yet? that will also give you more soap.

I had a similar problem on my 13hp B & S and i went to a bigger syphon hose. I went from 1/4 to 3/8, maybe that will help.

It will work. Not the best soap to use. How much Algae is on the house? I would consider getting Jomax from Lowes, mix it with some bleach and water follow the directions on the bottle of Jomax. Works great on house washing.
