I use the phone, its direct and you get positive results. Sometimes people don't check their e~mail for days or if at all. The post cards usually wind up in the trash. Be creative. I always have brochures and business cards on me at all times!

I would never use a zero tip on concrete, even on gum, thats what heat is for. A zero tip on concrete in my opinion is quite amateur.

I've found that getting in touch with customers I've helped in the past always need more pressure washing done or a winter "spruce up"
