With out seeing pics, this is just a guess, It may have been poured out by 2 cement trucks, Meaning, 1 truck didnt have enough in it to pour all of the driveway and needed a 2nd truck to finish up pour, This happens alot in track homes where they are pouring muilty drives and walks in same day...

Yep, Unloader stuck. If you have a guage on it see what it is, bet it is high pressure when no trigger is pulled

Sounds like your unloader is not working correctly. either try to repair it or just replace it.

All bars are set right at 15 degrees. If you adjust them to say 10 it slows the bar down and if you set at 20 it speeds the bar up but not enough water hitting the ground for cleaning. Either way you will have to go slower when you use the surface cleaner to get it clean. Leave it at 15 degrees...

Ok, by the way this thread is going, I dont believe you really had a problem with the surface cleaner. No problem with tips, cloggs, gun, o rings, etc. Therefore im going to back up and go upstream where I shouold have started at. If im in the field it is where I should start. check out and see...

1- bar clogged 2- tips clogged 3- trigger gun went bad 4- Some Surface cleaners have a by pass valve on them right where the swivel is, and if you dont make sure it is closed water will just shoot out the bottom and wont go through the bar and or tips. Therefore no spin and no water flow.
