    Industrial Strength Washers

I'm looking for machines that put out 8-20 gpm to clean parking garages and the like. I've had to sub out some of this in the past and am tired of doing so (we've been doing the walls). The square footages are often 300,000+ so I'm not looking for your average 6 gpm 4k psi hot water unit...

    Gum Shadows

I searched but couldn't specifically find anything about removing gum shadows. PW'ing walks is a little out of my realm but I have a good trade-out job coming up and would like to remove the shadows as well. I once heard acetone but have never had the opportunity to try it. Any ideas...

    Sealing Vinyl Awnings

Does anyone know of a way to make vinyl awnings shine after they've been cleaned? The sealers that I know of from a couple of different awning cleaning companies are out of the question because of cost (the property manager simply won't spend the money). Basically I need a cheap alternative...

    cleaning 150 year-old church

We will be cleaning a 150 year-old mostly limestone church in a few weeks. It has a good amount of mold and mildew on it which is no problem to remove with low-pressure but I am concerned that underneath or along with those stains there might be tar stains which have bled down from the roof...

    High Pressure vs. Low Pressure

Just wondering - How often do you use your pressure washer as only an instrument to apply chemicals and then rinse it off without using high pressure? I would think that in certain instances, like cleaning just mold and mildew off siding, that it may be unnecessary to have to go back and fan...

    Touchless window cleaning

You have probably seen the ads on TV about Windex's hose end sprayer where you simply spray the solution on the windows, wait a few minutes, and rinse. I know it won't do nearly as good of a job as doing it by hand but Consumer Reports said it actually did a pretty good job. I have had times...
