    PM Companies

We go 30 days on residential bids only. Don't like putting a cap on the commercial ones though, and here's why. I've experienced several times exactly what happened to you. Gave a bid, 6 months later I call to follow up and PM says: A.) had the work done, but it was poor quality. When can you...

    Just some questions

Here comes trouble..... We use a bleach solution for all of our maintenance washes, works awesome. Call Celeste and do more reading on the subject. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT take only one persons opinion on how to perform wood care. Its an art, and many just dabble in it. Your...

    Bypass question

Mark, No the injector isn't hooked up to anything, it just appears to be because you can't see the chem filter attached to the hose. The line coming off the bypass barb is currently running to my supply tank. It was hooked up to the inline filter with garden hose fitting that came with the...

    Bypass question

Yes it has a port but it is plugged. The bypass port and relief valve are attached to the opposite side of the pump from the unloader. It works, but this is not how most machines are set up. This was a North Star (Northern Tool) washer I've had for some years, and want to put it to use. Since I...

    Bypass question

OK, I'm building a small flatbed truck to use strictly for deck work. I have a 225 gal tank and an old cold unit 13hp honda w/cat pump 3.5GPM 4000psi(direct drive). The unloader on this machine does not have a bypass barb attached to it. The bypass is located on the pump after a relief valve...

    Storage tank cleaning??

Christopher, Thanks for your concern, but this is not a "permit required confined space" as defined in OSHA Standards - 29 CFR 1910.146. We will however, have fresh air supplied and exhaust. I will have a o2 monitor (about $275), and an attendant at the opening monitoring a lifeline and...

    Storage tank cleaning??

Yes, I'm aware of the OSHA confined space reg's. I won't take the job if I have to go inside. I'm really hoping that with the epoxy coating on the inside, it will just be a matter of thorough rinsing. Thanks for the input.

    Storage tank cleaning??

I have a meeting with a guy tomorrow to look at 4 - 10,000 gallon storage tanks he needs cleaned. I have never attempted this but don't think it would be too difficult ( I hope). Here's what I know so far: the tanks held a food grade soybean oil and there is solidified and liquid residue in the...
