Hello all, I am not sure what this black stuff is on this rock house. I thought it was mold but applied bleach 50/50 on it several times. Then hit it with the hot water, re-applied bleach and hit it again. Needless to say I have hit it approx. 10-12 times with what ended up being straight...

I stained a deck with Cabot Deck Stain and noticed that a few areas had a shine to it. This was noted immediately after staining the floor. I used rollers to apply the stain. So I am guessin that it is either still wet...but if it stays like this, how do you get the shine off? What is the...
