hey guys how is every one doing? hope every one is busy this summer. we'll my question is i steam cleaned some walk ways it was a total of 9,500 sg ft and it took me and another guy 2.5 hrs. my rate is 10 cents a square ft. I feel like $950 is a high for 2.5 hrs of work what woould you do?

I would personnaly use bleach and water.I would not use bleach on bare wood because that causes dry rot. Make sure you dilute the bleach 4 to 1 and then spray it on the house and the mildew should be gone, then heavy rinse with your pressure washer. Good luck...
