Adjusting Pressure

I HAVE AND ALCOTA CLEANING SYSTEM WITH A 16 HORSE VANGUARD
its ranked at 3500 PSI and is supposed to be ran at full throttle so how do i drop the psi with out dropping the RPM

On each nozzle, there is a number - say its 25040. The first two numbers indicate the spray angle. (White is 40 degrees, green is 25, red is 0.) The last three numbers (though sometimes you will only find two) are the size of the orifice. Increasing the size of the orifice will decrease the pressure at the tip without changing the flow (gpm's). Here's a link to a nozzle chart to help you figure out which ones you will need.
