In the Northeast and other parts of the country the cold weather has hit in spurts. If you live in these colder regions you should be ready to blow out your hoses and machinery and use antifreeze or windshield washer fluid to protect your pumps.
What I do is I blow out all my hoses, surface machines & guns/wands and I run a separate tank with 50/50 antifreeze thru my pumps.
Ice will damage your equipment if you don't winterize them and as we all know pumps are not cheap and are the lifeline to what we do.
