I remember a company that was selling a system that would clean ceiling tiles. They were a vendor with PWNA. I will try to find the info for you. As I recall the cost was around $500-$1000.

I can't find it-the system worked with hot chem. water and a small elect. pump. Try a search on the net. It is on the market.

Will,

I believe there is an assocaition that actually specializes in ceiling tile cleaning. I don't recall thier name right now. I will try and get more information for you.

I might also suggest you do a search on the internet about this.

Ceiltech.com ???? or something like that like that.
I have also heard that someone, somewhere has an enzyme product that sprays on the ceiling tile.

If you are talking about suspended tile ceilings (accoustical tile) - I have done a lot of remodeling work - and the best thing I used to do is take white spray paint and just paint them. It covers up water marks & discoloration with no problem.

Hope that helps!

Good luck!

I will have to agree with AranServices, I used to paint commercially and I would sooner spray paint the tiles than try to clean them if they are acoustic. They tend to be kinda like cleaning cardboard. If they are the hard plastic type then regular degreaser should work. If you do paint them make sure you use KILZ primer on any water stains or the stain may come thru again. Good luck
