Hello from Portland, Oregon!
We are entering into hood/vent cleaning as a primary cleaning offering and have just purchased a hot water heater from ***** . The heater needs a power source though and will come with a 120v AC plug.
We are wondering if in theory, we would be able to plug
into a electrical outlet at the restaurant to run the burner. Would this work..?? We believe it would. ***** says we would need 30 amps to run the burner. Do restaurants have this capability in their kitchens..??
We are looking to possibly avoid having to purchase a expensive generator to power the burner and to keep our costs down.
Can anyone with experience possibly supply some advise to us on this idea..??
Thanks much!
