Hello I am planning on washing / staining /and sealing decks this yr and would like to know how to bid a deck job.
My house washs I bid completely by surface area. But I am not sure on how to do a deck or how long it will take I think that the rails are the hardest thing to figure out?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
