Hello, my name is James Young with H2Overhaul. I have an opportunity to clean several townhomes in my area. One in particular is 44 unit homes with 4 homes to each unit. The measurements are 38' x 121'. I was thinking of just using a flat rate per home versus square footage because of the number of homes. If anyone has had experience cleaning townhomes or working with associations, please let me know A.S.A.P! Thanks [help]
